If you follow me on Instagram (@foodieinboots) you’ll know I’m always on a hunt for the best pizza where ever I travel. The cheesy pie has always been my comfort food.
So, here are the top places in Mumbai which made the cut and are “oh so worth of those calories”.
1. Americano, Fort
A new entrant and it straight came up on top of my list for the best pizza in town. If you are looking for authentic napoleon style wood-fired pizza, look no further and hit this place right away. You must try the Americano and Margarita Pizza.
2. Joeys Pizza, Azad Nagar
I first tried this place way back 7 years. And believe me when I say it’s that good to travel all the way to the suburb for their pizza. A small outlet and no fancy ambiance but they sure know how to serve those delicious pies. They are super generous with their toppings and cheese, what more you can ask for.
3. Trattoria, Cuff Parade
It’s no surprise that Trattoria is on this list.
This place has been the hub for all late-night binge post partying. Pizza heaven which is opened 24hours. You absolutely cannot miss the Famous Fiamma Pizza here.
4. 1441 Pizzeria, Lower Parel
What’s better than make your own pizza? Nothing right. Get your pizza customized right in front of you from the sauce to the toppings and relish the wood-fired pizza.
5. Pizza by the Bay, Marine Drive
Bombay Masala and the view of Marine drive best describes this place. Be it hot or rainy weather, this place is always buzzing with people. Be sure to get the table by the window to best enjoy your pizza!
6. Ray’s café & Pizzeria, Bandra
A hidden gem in Bandra serving the best pizzas for a very long time. You’ll be spoilt by their humongous list of pizzas that you can choose from. Definitely a slice of heaven.
7. Gustoso, Kemps Corner
Oh, this place has gone through so many changes. Kemps outlet currently temporarily closed, but you could still enjoy their pizzas at their Khar outlet. Open space and giant oven with the Naples inspired food. Definitely relish their Margherita and Indianapoli.
8. Jamie’s Pizzeria, Lower Parel
If you are a fan of Pepperoni Pizza, hit this place for the same. It's one of the best pizzas on their menu!
